About Us

Family-Owned. Small-Batch. Community-Focused.
It all began in 2021 when Gennaro and Elizabeth first stepped into this space. They knew the moment they walked through the door that this was meant to be a place where the air would be thick with the aroma of fresh beans roasted daily and the hum of a vibrant community.
With a vision to bring world-class coffee to the neighborhood, they laid the foundation of Coffee Culture—a home for those who appreciate the craft behind every cup.
In May 2025, the torch was passed to the Furina family. As the new owners, the Furinas are honored to carry forward the legacy that Gennaro and Elizabeth built. With a deep respect for the shop’s roots and an unwavering commitment to quality, we continue to roast on-site, ensuring that every sip celebrates the original dream of a perfect, locally-roasted brew.

On-Site Roasting
Why
MATTERS
When you walk into our shop at 462 Springfield Ave, you’re walking into a production space.
We roast our beans right here on-site because freshness isn’t a luxury—it’s a requirement for flavor.
By roasting in small batches, we can highlight the unique characteristics of every origin we carry. Whether it's the bright, citrusy acidity of an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe or the deep, chocolatey body of a Colombian Supremo, our roasting process is tailored to bring out the best in every harvest.
